download error with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I'm downloading, and it keeps sticking at 29%. Then I get a message to close Safari. I don't have Safari open. Just in case I go into Safari and Close it.

Keeps happening. I closed Chrome. I don't know what to do.

This is not a free version. I paid for it, but I'm at a loss on what to do, and I need it! Thanks.

try a different browser.

if you continue to see that problem, open your activity monitor and close whatever's causing the conflict.
