Download old version - 15.023.20070

Hi. Unfortunately auto update upgraded the DC version to the 17.009.20044 version but this is crashing with a 0xc0000142 error. Is there anyway that we can download the 15.023.20070 version because this one ran without errors. Many thanks.

[Moved from non-technical Lounge to Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat forum by moderator, guessing that reference to DC means Adobe Acrobat DC]

Hi,

Thanks for the links but they are all to the .msp files which are updates and not the full install. I need the base install from which I can apply the 15.023.20070 update.

Regards,

Ian

You can find the base install on the same link provided above.

You may also install the base version from here ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Hi ians66187502,

Please try repairing the installation.

Go to Help menu > Repair installation and then restart your system.

Check if you still experience the issue.

If you still wish to install the last version, you can install it from here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Please try to install the old version from here Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

For that, you need to first uninstall the latest version.

You can use the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to uninstall and restart your system.

Let us know if you need any help.
