Download PDFs from SharePoint and Fonts changing color

When I download a PDF from a SharePoint site, the files download but convert all colored fonts in my PDF to all black fonts. Does anyone know why and how to fix it?

Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still facing the issue, could you let us knowa few more details:

1. Is it happening with all files from share point, or is it with a specific folder ?

2. Try to open the file in a browser to check if it's a file specific issue or not.

3. If possible, could you share one of the files with us to test?
