Downloading Acrobat Pro

Already had Creative Cloud on MacBook Pro.  Trying to download Acrobat Pro.  Error message:

 

Unable to reach Adobe servers.

Please check your firewall settings.

ensure that the time settings on your

computer are correct, then try again.

 

 

My firewall was entirely off but I turned it on with most liberal settings.  Nothing.

Exactly which operating system version?

 

Serial number or subscription Acrobat?

 

When you have a subscription
-sign in to your account with your ID and password

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R


if that fails, restart your computer.
