Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems, and what error message do you see?

You install the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked, or download the installer and enter your serial number when asked

sorry running a windows 10. 

my major computer crashed so is being sent to Costco for repair.  I am left with computers without the downloaded version.  It seems my account does not hold my downloaded Adobe pro app anymore.  Anyway to retrieve it and install on my current computer?
