Downloading and installing updates to Acrobat XI Pro

Does downloading and installing the latest update to a previous version of Acrobat, i.e., Acrobat X, XI Pro, provide the latest features and fixes or do I need to download and install each and every update ever provided in order to obtain all the security fixes and features they're intended to provide?

In Acrobat 10 onwards, patches are cumulative. What that means in simple language is you need only to install the latest update and it includes all the earlier ones. In Acrobat 9 and older you need to install each update, in order; you can't skip any.
