Downloading pdf to a application for employment

I'm filling out an application for employment but my pdf files aren't working according to the place I'm applying with. Every time I download them it shows error and shoots me right back to do it again. Help

This file is a mess. The fields in it are corrupt.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
