Downloads pending

When I download pdf files they are marked as "pending". I can't open them. The only option is to delete them. How can I fix this?

Some crucial information points are missing here, like where the Adobe product is involved and what service you are using. Are you trying to convert or export PDF files, etc. 

 

If you are working with PDF files using Acrobat and you have a subscription, you may try using Acrobat Web https://adobe.ly/3FaYd8Y in the meantime. 

 

Please provide us more details and will try help.
