Drag and Drop not functioning

I used to be able to select the "organize pages" tab under "all tools" and drag either one or multiple pages into my files to save as a separate PDF. This was quicker than going through the print to PDF option, but now nothing happens if I attempt to drag and drop. Does anyone know the solution? It's been about a month or so since it hasn't allowed me to do it.

Something to try: Go to Menu - Preferences - Security (Enhanced) and make sure that "Protected View" (as well as "Protected Mode", "Enhanced Security" or anything else that is enabled there) is set to "Off".
