Drop down list in adobe sign

Hello,

We need to send out toolbox talk to all staff. At the end of the toolbox talk we need them to selct the correct answer from a drop down list. I can create the drop down list but i need to set it up so that if the correct answer is not selceted they cannot continue?

Adobe sign may not be the correct place to do this but i require them to select the correct answer then sign. This is so we have a papertrail that the employee has read understood and selected the correct answer.

The other option would be if abobe has a section when you can create a small test that can be emailed?
