Hi I am new to this .. need help please...
I have fields
Name
Surname
Number
Etc
I want user to select the name from drop down... And get other values in respective field..
But the at time new user who's name is not in list
Can type his name . ... At this time (when the name does not exist in data list ) other fields should turn blank so that user can type on his own ... Annd print
This copy for submitting ....Etc.
Very true that its not my programme , I simply downloaded the form from the first link you have given..
Now I have allowed to enter user his own department in the form ...
But if this entry is not one of the department we have already added in ... The previous populated information remains as in the form ...
What I wish if the department entered by user is not in data .. the other fields should turn blank as there is no record ...
What you said is true ... It not my programme I was looking something similar to lookup function in excel and landed to this form...
I have no programming knowledge but could not stop my curioucity to learn this ..
