Dropbox selection to fill in te

I would like help on this. I have a dropdown field on my form which will have different services that can be selected. I would like to fill a few text boxes based on the value selected in the dropdown.

How can I go about this?

I am guessing some type of javascript code would be used.

Can I get some assistance on this?

How do I fill in 6 to 7 text fields with the one dropdown selection?
