Dropdown and some content disappearing after requesting e-Signature in PDF Form

We are currently encountering an issue with requesting e-signatures and form fields in Adobe Acrobat Pro. We are attempting to create a form where users can request electronically signed documents and enter information in designated fields. However, when we request an e-signature, all the dropdown menus and text fields display an error, and the entered values are replaced with the word "Text."

 

We have thoroughly searched the online support resources for solutions, but it appears this might be an issue within the application itself.

 

We would be grateful if you could assist with this matter. Here are some additional details that might be helpful:

 

  • Acrobat Pro Version: Version number: 2024.001.20629 | 64-bit
  • Operating System:  Windows 10
  • Specific Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Creating Form - Adding fields - Adding Dropdowns - Add E-sign field - Request for e-signature (After this all the fields and dropdowns are missing and showing “Text”)

Yes I created dropdown from the same function but when I request signature content con dropdown will disappear.
