I have 3 drop down boxes, for which the client should choose either yes or no, but the fields defaults to the same option once the last box is selected. I want the 3 options to be independant from each other. What should i change or do? Thanks

It sounds like you might have duplicate field names.  If that is the case, rename the fields so they have different names.
