[DUPLICATE] How do I set all pages of my PDF to view at 100% on all devices

Hi There

I have a 150 page A4 PDF and have set all pages to view at 100% when opened, this is working perfectly on my computer.

However, my client says that when they open it on a laptop the view is reduced to 40%

It looks like when they open the Inital Page view is 100% but when they click through the linked index it reduces the view of pages to fit to window (40%).

I want to set the document to default to view all pages at 100% on all devices.

What to you think
