Duplicate text in fillable fields... HELP!

I created fillable fields in my PDF document. However in some of the fields, when you type in the info, it duplicates within the same field. It isn't happening in all fields, just some, but I can't figure out why it is doing that. How can I fix this?

You gave multiple fields the same name (probably by copying and pasting them). Each field needs to have a unique name.

Inspiring

You probably accidentally duplicated the field with the position of the duplicate slightly offset.
