DWG to PDF issues

Afternoon All,

 

I am having major issues trying to open .dwg files in Adobe Acrobat DC (Paid version). Everytime I try I get the error "Conversion of AutoCAD files to PDF has been disabled". Now I have followed the link it gives me and tried both fixes https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/disable-popup-autocad-to-pdf.html all to no avail. 

 

Anyone able to assist me in where I am going wrong or how I can overcome the issue.

Not all file formats can be converted to PDF from within Acrobat. You ned to open the DWG file in the original program that creted it, then export a PDF fom there.
