Dynamic sized tables/fields, depending on chosen value.

Hi all. Hope well.
So just a couple of things, first I have used Adobe reader for years of course as have most people but am completely new to creating forms. I have a licencse for Acrobat Standard 2017. What I want to accomplish is this, I'll explain an example best I can below that isn't what I am doing exaclty but I think it'll help you get your head(s) around it;
Suppose you work for an IT company and you are filling in details for taking inventories of server racks.
The required info;
- What type the rack is. (Is it a brand A or brand B?).
- Rack chassis size. (They might come in three sizes, a two server rack, a four server rack and a eight server rack).
- Rack population.
- Drive serial numbers.
The rack type would just be a normal field. You'd put brand A and move on to the chassis size.
The chassis size is again a normal field. You'd put eight server rack for example and move on to the rack population.
Now rack population is where things get interesting. A client may have ordered a eight server rack chassis for future expansion but only populated it with 2 servers. So I'd like to be able to choose a value of two from a drop down/list or even just enter the number/word two and have only two fields appear for me to enter the details of each and not have to input "N/A" if the data doesn't exist.
I've attached a very simple document and the top half of it is how I'd like the document to look as opposed to what happens at the moment.
Can I do this with, at all, with Acrobat Standard, do I need the Pro version or might I need something else entirely?
Thank you all, Dwight.
