E-mails in French to Belgium customers

I always receive e-mails from Adobe in French here in Belgium although the main language here is Dutch. Adobe seems to assume that Belgians are French-speaking but that's only a minority language... Dutch is by far the main language. Really weird but in the past, other companies have assumed the same...and I still meet people abroad who apparently think that Belgium is a French-speaking country... It has nothing to do with settings, just someone at Adobe has to be noticed and change this...
