E sign Error

Hello,
When I try to utilize the E-Sign features in Acrobat, the options show for about half a second then turn into blank boxes with spinning circles (pictured below).  I have reinstalled Acrobat completely and it shows no updates available.  Acrobat is through Creative Cloud, and is the full version.  I've also tried disabling enhanced security options.  Is there a setting that I am missing that might make this work?  Any help would be much appreciated!
