e-sign hangs up at "Specify where to sign"

I recently added another user to my Adobe Acrobat Acoount. I can no longer use the e-sign function. It hangs up at 72% every time right before the program asks where to sign. E-sign also falis when i go online and try it there. Does anyone know how to correct.  One solution is canceling the subscription and going back to individual accounts.

@defaultahv636u3rpwe the question is 'adding another user to your Adobe account.' Why don't you remove them and make sure that you can 100% follow through. If it does, then go back to your Acrobat - Go to "Preferences" (or "Edit" > "Preferences" on Windows, or "Adobe Acrobat" > "Preferences" on Mac). Navigate to "Adobe Online Services" or "Manage Account" and click on "Manage Account" and log in to your Adobe account there. This helps link the desktop version with the online services. Click "OK" and then try the "Request signing" function again. Also, you mentioned it failed online as well, double-check that you're using the correct link (documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) and try initiating the e-sign process directly from the web interface.

As mentioned, you added a national user to your account. Please confirm your Adobe service plan.
