E-sign is not working and just stuck in loading!

Hi,

Adobe Acrobat recently installed via adobe.com and after the user was assigned the license from adobe admin in the company.

Any tip or solution is highly appreciated!

Hope you are doing well.

Are you using an enterprise account? If yes, you might need to have an Acrobat Sign license assigned to your profile to have access.

If this is not the case, you might want to check by going to the registry location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Workflows\cServices\cServiceConfiguration

dWord: blsEsignServicesEnabled

Value: 1
