E-sign not sending to signers

My e-sign was working great until these last couple of weeks.  It takes about 12 hours for the signer to receive the email or not at all.  So then I cancel and resend.  I have found the 3rd time I do this they receive it but that is time wasted on waiting and taking these steps.

I use the version from the web not the desktop vesion, I am guessing my versions are then up to date.  

Any thoughts?  I do not want to purchase a seperate e-sign software when paying for this.
Appreciate your help.

We assume the issue has been resolved by now. If not, please let us know how you are sending the document.

As you are using the web version, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Also, try sending the document using an alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome.

 

Let us know if the issue still occurs.
