E-Sign Not Working

I am trying to create an e-sign document.  I upload the PDF and when i select "e-sign" at the top, it prepares the document and I see the e-sign field selections populate on the left of the scree, but then I get an error that says "Sorry, something went wrong" and then i am sent back to the Document Upload screen.  This has been going on for 24 hours.
