E-Sign option is missing on MacBook pro

Updating on the below, I think I have resolved it somehow, and it's not related to the license, but more to the computer settings and a bug on Adobe itself.

My computer is a Mac Pro which has a primary language set as English.

However, since I am from Israel, I have a secondary language set as Hebrew.

The "bug" so to say is that having two languages, one as LTR (English) and one as RTL (Hebrew) on the Mac OS does not work good for Adobe during the installation.

To resolve the issue what I have done is the following (assuming Adobe Pro is already installed):

1. Go into System settings -> General -> Language & Region
2. Remove the RTL secondary language and make sure the primary language is set to English
3. Once done, you can add back the RTL language as secondary language
4. On the same section, under the "Applications" at the lower end, choose the "+" sign and ensure that the application Adobe Acrobat.app has language settings to English (in my case it is "English (Israel)") and NOT the RTL language (Arabic or Hebrew etc.)
5. Shutdown the Mac. Wait a few seconds and start it up again.
6. Open Adobe Pro. You should now see the E-Sign from the global bar.
7. Note that for me the All tools > Fill & Sign is still missing, but if you search for fill & sign (under "find text or tool" in the upper right side of the global bar" you will find it, it works and you can update a document form and add your signature and initials.

Why Adobe has set it like that? Adobe should answer it. Why I can't see the tool on the All forms side ?

I guess we can try doing the following:

1. Remove the secondary language
2. Uninstall the Adobe completely. That includes also clean up and ensuring there are no left over Adobe folders.
   These are the folders I have in my Mac under my name with a full Adobe installation and I assume that once Adobe Pro is removed (assuming I have no other Adobe product) none should stay.
   To remove them you can do it by opening a Console / terminal, moving to "/" (root folder) and running for each line "sudo \rm -r <line>".
   Make sure to change the username in the example from my name (tomer) and replace the <line> with the proper line from below. If the folder does not exist post uninstall move to the next one 🙂 :

   ./System/Volumes/Data/Users/tomer/Library/Application Support/Adobe
   ./System/Volumes/Data/Users/tomer/Library/Preferences/Adobe

   ./Users/tomer/Library/Preferences/Adobe
   ./Users/tomer/Library/Logs/Adobe
   ./Users/tomer/Library/Caches/Adobe
   ./Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/
   
3. Shut down the computer and start it again.
4. Install the Adobe Pro
5. See that you have all that is needed including fill & sign
6. Add the secondary language back to the Computer
7. Update the forum here if that worked for you 🙂
