E-sign populating the wrong information

Question

Hello,I have been sent a contract and turns out my Account name was from when I was a child, so my first name and last name are wrong on the field in the document,I have updated this, and the document will not update even though it is still an active document for signature. I need this to auto-populate to the correct name, without going back to the company
