E-Sign text issues

Question

We frequently fill out forms with text boxes and send them out to client's for e-signature. The text wraps to fit the box, and all text appears as one standard size prior to e-signing, however once is reaches the client (and when it comes back to us) alot of the text has shrunk to illegible levels, or just runs off the page, as though it has not wrapped!

We have tried filling out the forms both inside and outside of adboe before sending for e-sign, it does not make a difference.

@HMW1994 I believe the setting defaults to 12 points size. When you are preparing your form, click on the properties and go to the appearance tab, and change the font size. I normally do it around 8-9 points as I think 10-12 is a little too big sometimes.

In that same properties window, go the options tab and ensure multi-line is checked. Depending on the size of the field, I do have Scroll long text on

Here, I have a extended the text field say if this was a comments field, I would then turn off Scroll long text
