E-Signatur Fehler Textfeld

Hallo zusammen. Ich bin langsam ratlos. Ich habe ein PDF Dokument (Mietvertrag), welches ausgefüllt werden kann und würde. Nun möchten wir, dass Mieter und Vermieter via E-Signatur unterzeichnen. Sobald ich dies jedoch starte, "zerschiesst" es mir mein Textfeld mit den individuellen Vereinbarungen. Es ist dann dort nur noch ein Satz zu lesen. Am allerliebsten würde ich sowieso, dass es nur ein Feld für die Unterschrift und sonst gar nichts mehr geändert werden kann. Habt Ihr dazu eine Idee / Hilfe? Vielen Dank
