E-signature also get authentication failed when using

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I would like to share that we are currently facing an issue where e-signature authentication fails when using Adobe Acrobat. Despite our efforts—including deleting and recreating the license account in the Adobe Admin Console—the issue still persists.

thank you for you support, I got helping from one guy via Virtual assistant, and issue was fixed. it might did something touch to user profile.
