E-Signature Form keeps changing from a new clean version to a clunky old one (annoying)

Does anyone have any insight as to why my esignature form keeps changing? The new clean version is so much nicer and easier to use VS I actively want to pull my hair out when using the old one as it’s so clunky and cluttered.
