E Signature Freezing

E Signature freezes when trying to send doc. prompts to uploading then freezes the whole Adobe app? have to use task manager to close it. I have Uninstalled/Reinstalled the app multiple times, Signed out/ in off account, Disabled an option in preferences for syncing between devices. Any ideas??
