E-signature request number limit?

Question

I am sending a document out for e-signatures, when I have put in 10 emails it stops letting me add, is this a limit that is set? If not how do I get more than 10 people to sign one document?

Hi len_4349,

Thank you for reaching out.

We see that you have an Acrobat PDF Pack subscription, which includes a limit of 10 signers per transaction for Acrobat Sign. To increase the number of transactions, you will need to upgrade to the Acrobat Pro subscription. You may refer to the information on transaction limit in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3HE7OpR.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
