E-Signature requests are never received

E-signature requests state that they are sent but nor myself or the recipients ever receive an email. I have tried sending using the desktop app and also the web app.

The requests populate on the in progress page.

 

Have tried sending to many different email hosts - none seem to work.

 

Please help!

@evan_5216 Curious if it's a security setting or a spam issue... try sending a signature request to a personal email address (like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo) that is not managed by a business/company server. If the email arrives at the personal address, the issue is almost certainly with the recipient's email server/security policies which is likely going to the spam/junk folders. If it still doesn't arrive at a non-corporate email address, the problem could be on the Adobe Sign side, and might be a server-side issue
