E-signature will not load document to send in Acrobat Pro

Question

One user may not send documents for e signatures.  The page starts loading, but never finishes.  Other users on the same computer have no problems with the same document.  We have deleted the user and re-added multiple times.  Suggestions?

If the issue occurs with a particular user, it can be account related problem.

Would you mind sharing the user's email address in the private message?
