E-signatures not working

e-signatures not working, I put on email address, put in my message it says its uploading, but all I get is a white screen, it doesn't load my document for my to continue and send, what can I do?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Please try repairing the installation. Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version.

In Acrobat, go to Help > Repair Installation or Check for updates. 

In the meantime, try sending the document from Acrobat online account. Open the link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/  and sign n using your Adobe credentials. Go to E-Sign > Request e-signatures.
