I have been trying to request signatures using the app and web but I am receiving the same issue.

My company revoke my access before but they gave it back now, which might be the issue.

Is someone experiencing the same issue?

At my company we are having the same issue. Restarting and logging in does not do a thing.
How come this issue is been going on for so long?
And how can we fix it?

This happened to me as well after my account was deactivated and reactivated at the same company. My administrator tried everything and permissions show I should have access but I still can't request signatures. Hopefully Adobe can find a fix for this because it seems to an internal technical error when accounts are reactivated.

I have been having the same issue since February. I have an active account. Adobe should credit us for the down time. This is ridiculous.

Some of our users are having this issue as well. Any word on what's causing this? They all have active licenses.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Please try to logout of the application, reboot the device once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and try again and see if that works.

We've already tried that multiple times. We also deleted their accounts and re created them in adobe admin console. Still not working.
