I've been receiving this prompt whenever I try to request for e-signatures.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

 

We have checked the account using the email address used here on the community profile. The account shows as active and is working fine. 

Please share the following information:

- How are you sending the document for signature?

- Are you using the desktop application or the web to send a document?

- Share the screenshot of the error that appears. 

- Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers if you are using a desktop application.

Hi Meenakshi,

 

I'm all good with this, i reached out to live chat support few hours ago and they were able to help me out with my concern. They provided an old Adobe version link and I tried to request e-signature there and it worked. After i refreshed my browser, I used the latest Adobe link and I was able to access it there too. Thanks!
