EchoSign has a bug with reminders

I sent a document via EchoSign to 4 people.  When I click on the properties for that document I can see all 4 people.  However, when I go to send another reminder, the default time is "daily until completed."  Under that choice, I can select which people to remind.  The problem is, if I choose the time "Right Now" for the reminder instead of daily, the options are limited to reminding myself and one other person.  The other people are no longer options to be reminded.  This needs to be fixed.  In general, the whole interface sucks compares to what it once was.  I should be able to rename documents so I can tell them apart without having to click on properties.  Also, the "share feedback" link on the main dashboard menu is broken and doesn't do anything.  How do I report these bugs?
