Edit and convert PDFs

I am trying to convert PDF file to a PDF/A. 

I went through the steps that ADOBE Acrobat recommended but I get the following message abou the parameters.  I tried to use the print to the PDF/A but same error message.  It is a Preflight Error saying the parameter is incorrect.  It cannot copy file C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug-ins\Preflight\OutputIntent\CoatedFOGRA39.pdf  ,  C:\Users\a2210\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\Preflight Acrobat Continuous\OuputIntent\CoatedFOGRA39.pdf: The parameter is incorrect.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2023.001.20064.
