Edit default Dynamic Stamps

Is there a way to edit one of the default Dynamic stamps?  We'd like to change the Received stamp to say Prepared and keep all the scripted fields just the way they are.

We've tried editing one but after saving the stamp image is now a whole page with the stamp image as part of it, instead of just the stamp image
