Edit Floating Toolbar

@emily_1125 you can't! You cannot directly edit or customize the floating toolbar in the Acrobat web version in the same way you can in the desktop application. The floating toolbar in the web version is designed to be contextual and provide a set of tools relevant to the task you're currently performing (like commenting or editing). Its appearance and the tools it contains are determined by Adobe and cannot be manually changed by users.

If you need or want to customized the toolbar options, you would need to use the desktop version to have more control.
