Edit option is missing

Hi all, 

 

Sinds today, the option to edit a PDF file is missing in my desktop app. I have a pro account. But in all program versions, I can't select the option to edit a file.....

Thanks for reporting this to us. 

As mentioned above, the Edit option is not working on the application. Is this option not working when clicking on Edit, or it's completely unavailable?

  • Please confirm the exact Adobe product you are working with. Is it Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader freeware?
  • A screenshot of the Tools tab would help to understand
  • If it's Acrobat Pro and you still don't get the Edit tool in it. Then

  • For testing, log in on Document Cloud web and check if you can access all the featured.
