Edit pdf in browser stored in SharePoint or OneDrive

Hi,

We have adobe acrobat pro business/team subscription.

In SharePoint Online and OneDrive, when we click to open a PDF, it opens in the browser. I want to be able to edit the PDF in the browser or to automatically give me the option to open and edit on the acrobat application application. Would like at minimum the abitlity to rotate pages without downloading the file.

Is this possible at all? Do we need to up our subscription to enable this?

    I would love to get a solution for this. I've attached the workaround steps that I've had to go through. Being able to have PDF's open immediately in the desktop client would be extremely helpful.
