Edit PDF in Hebrew

Hello,
I use acrobat pro DC and I can't edit documents in Hebrew without changing the paragraph alignment (meaning you can add text, but the software doesn't keep me aligning the text so it is not coherent with the rest of the document). I installed fonts in Hebrew, I installed an English version with Hebrew support, made sure that all settings allow writing from right to left. still, nothing works..
