Edit PDF, object modification (change of colour)

I'm using the Adobe Acrobat Version 23.006.20360.

I would like to alter the color of distinct lines within a graphic that is not locked for editing.

However, the menu "format" is not highlighted, cannot click on anything (see attached picture)

Using the Edit tool: right-clic on any object: Edit using: Illustrator.

After editing in Illustrator: Save, and Close.

This menu will be active when you select text.
