Editable color for an Icon in an Editable PDF

I create editable PDFs in Acrobat XI. The client then edits wording etc in Reader. I would like to create a form where the client can edit the color of an icon (in this situation, a love heart on an invitation). I am able to create the heart as a button but do not know how to make the color editable. Thank you in advance
