Editable Document but when I upload the document part of it is no longer editable

I have an editable document that I need to upload to a website. When I upload the document and click on it through the website part of it is no longer editbale (Bottom left ). I've attached the editable document as well as the scrrenshot of the portion of the document that is not longer editable.

I have no issues with that area when I open the doc in a web browser. It could be something to do with the website and 14 inch height of the page.

What browser are you using? What PDF plugin within that browser?

That is the most likely culprit.
