Editable PDF

Hello all

I have a client who wants me to provide a design of a certificate which he wants to be editable.

He was basic knowledge of acrobat (bit less than me) and can set text to a reasonable level.

Is it as simple as me providing him with a Press Quality PDF (created in Indesign) and he can open in Acrobat and then edit the PDF by updating the names displayed on the certificate?

He will naturally need the typeface and I do lose any control at how he sets the text but I'm thinking there must be more to this task than the above?
