Editar y convertir archivos PDF

Hola. No puedo editar y convertir archivos PDF. Quiero hacer uso de aplicación y hay una pestaña que marca que se están instalando más componentes, pero no se instalan. Necesito una solución rápida

    Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. 

    If you are still experiencing the same issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    When you say you are unable to use Edit & Convert tool and more components are being installed. Does this mean you do not see the edit tool, or are you getting some error message for other components installed?

     

    A complete cleanup of the app might help:
