Edited PDF has yellow comment box

Question

Hello,

I am working on removing identifying information from a series of documents using Acrobat Pro. In same cases, I have to delete whole pages. However, when I open the edited PDF on a web browser or Adobe reader, yellow comment boxes seem to appear where I have done editing. Has anyone had this happen? How can I get rid of the yellow boxes? I attached a photo of said yellow box.
